Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your Flourish account and the personal information linked to it at any time — including accounts created by signing in with Google, Facebook or X.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to flourishbusiness2025@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
- Send it from the email address linked to your account, so we can confirm it's really you. If you signed in with X and have no email on your account, tell us your name and X username.
- We'll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your account, sign-in details and any link to your Google, Facebook or X account.
- Your saved details, wishlist and browsing history on our site.
- Any unused wallet credit — please use it or ask us about it before requesting deletion.
What we have to keep
Records of orders you've placed (items, amounts, delivery address and payment references) must be kept for as long as Indian tax and accounting laws require. These are no longer linked to an account and aren't used for anything else.
Removing our access from Facebook, Google or X
You can also remove Flourish's access from the provider's side at any time:
- Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → remove Flourish.
- Google: myaccount.google.com → Security → Third-party apps with account access → remove Flourish.
- X: Settings → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps → revoke Flourish.
This stops future sign-ins through that provider; to delete the data we already hold, email us as described above.
